Job Description

We are looking for a Telesales Executive/Marketing Intern to join our team at Krystal Integrated Services Limited. This role involves generation of leads, pitching services, identiffing positive leads, coordination with internal teams on status of leads and ensure successful closures will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 10,000 - ₹ 20,000 (based on experience) along with opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends keading to lead generation..
  • Lead generation and followups for successful closures.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process..
  • Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and candidate must be a fresher. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling, Computer Knowledge, Lead Generation, MS Excel, Convincing Skills is an added advantage.


We are open for MBA/MMS Marketing students wanting to take this up as an Marketing Internship project.
