Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries and generate appointments for hearing tests and hearing aids. The candidate will communicate with patients and their family members, understand their hearing-care requirements, explain suitable hearing solutions, and follow up with leads to convert them into appointments and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
Understand customers' hearing concerns, requirements, and budget.
Explain hearing aids, hearing tests, home visits, trials, and related services.
Generate and confirm appointments with audiologists.
Follow up regularly with interested and pending customers.
Maintain accurate lead details and follow-up remarks in CRM.
Coordinate with audiologists and the sales team for appointments and trials.
Work towards daily, monthly, and sales-conversion targets.
Maintain professional and polite communication with patients and their families.
Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads.

Eligibility

Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
Good Hindi and basic English communication skills.
Freshers can apply.
Previous telesales, telecalling, healthcare, or hearing-aid sales experience will be an advantage.
Good convincing, communication, and follow-up skills.
Comfortable working with CRM and computer applications.
