Tele Sales Executive

Job Location

E-142, Sector-20, Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201301

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

  • Explain company services and hearing solutions to customers

  • Generate leads and convert inquiries into appointments/sales

  • Maintain customer database and follow-up records

  • Coordinate with customers regarding appointments and support

  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

  • Provide excellent customer service and communication support

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English

  • Confident and polite speaking skills

  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Tele calling or tele sales experience preferred

  • Positive attitude and target-oriented approach

Qualification

  • Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred

  • Fresher & experienced both can apply
