Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of sales experience (freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel, if required.
