Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, referrals, online platforms, and other relevant channels.

- Contact potential customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product or service solutions.

- Present, promote, and effectively communicate the features and benefits of products or services.

- Follow up consistently with prospective and existing customers to maximise conversion opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.

- Understand market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities through basic market research.

- Negotiate with prospects and successfully close sales while maintaining a positive customer experience.

- Prepare and deliver engaging product/service presentations when required.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, sales activities, and customer interactions.

- Achieve individual and team sales targets within the assigned timelines.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution after the sale and maintain customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th or equivalent qualification.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong convincing, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities.

- Customer-centric approach with a professional and positive attitude.

- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.

- Basic proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and other relevant sales tools.

- Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, business development, or field sales will be an added advantage.
