Telesales Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a confident and energetic Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to convert leads into sales. You will play a vital role in promoting our company’s digital and communication solutions to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company products and services.

• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

• Generate and follow up on leads to achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback in CRM.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign execution.

• Handle client queries and provide excellent after-sales support when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of telesales or telemarketing experience preferred.

• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English (Bengali is a plus).

• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and experience using CRM tools.

• Positive attitude, target-driven, and team-oriented approach.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
