Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Telesales Executive to join our growing legal services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, converting prospective clients, and building long-term customer relationships for the firm’s legal and financial recovery services.

The role requires strong communication skills, sales expertise, client handling ability, and confidence in explaining legal service offerings over phone, WhatsApp, and virtual channels.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally.
Explain the firm’s legal services, consultation process, and case handling procedures to prospective clients.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into paid consultations or service agreements.
Maintain follow-ups with clients through calls, email, and WhatsApp.
Build trust and rapport with clients while understanding their legal concerns.
Meet monthly sales and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/software systems.
Coordinate with advocates and internal legal teams for client onboarding.
Resolve customer queries and provide timely updates.
Prepare daily sales reports and performance updates for management.
Mentor junior telesales executives when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–6 years of telesales or telemarketing experience.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.
Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Professional phone etiquette and customer handling skills.

Confident and target-oriented personality.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to handle sensitive client matters professionally.
Experience in high-ticket service sales is an advantage.
Understanding of legal consultation processes is a plus.
