Job Description

We are looking for energetic and confident Telesales Executives to join our growing real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, generating leads, explaining property details to clients, and coordinating site visits.

Freshers with good communication skills and a positive attitude are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers
Handle customer inquiries and explain project details
Generate and maintain leads through calls and follow-ups
Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team
Maintain customer database and daily call records
Build good relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Good communication and convincing skills
