Sales Telesales Executive

We are looking for a Telesales / CRM Executive to handle customer enquiries, follow up on leads, generate appointments, and convert enquiries into sales for our furniture and furnishing products.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers.

• Follow up on leads received through website, WhatsApp, social media, walk-ins, and referrals.

• Understand customer requirements for furniture and furnishing products.

• Explain products, pricing, materials, designs, and offers to customers.

• Maintain customer details, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.

• Generate and schedule showroom visits/appointments.

• Follow up with customers after quotations and showroom visits.

• Coordinate with showroom sales staff, designers, and delivery/installation teams.

• Convert leads into orders and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain daily calling, follow-up, and sales reports.

Preferred Candidate

• 0–6 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, CRM, Inside Sales, Furniture, Furnishing, Interior, or Home Décor.

• Experience in furniture/furnishing sales will be preferred.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Strong follow-up and customer relationship skills.

• Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.

• Comfortable working with sales targets.

• Hindi and English communication preferred.

Salary

₹18,000–₹30,000/month + Performance Incentives

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 6 years of experience.
