Job Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to prospective wholesalers, distributors, dealers and retailers.

2. Introduce the company, its product range and B2B supply opportunities.

3. Identify potential buyers and understand their product requirements.

4. Explain product features, available models and commercial details using approved company information.

5. Share product catalogues, price lists and other approved materials through WhatsApp or email.

6. Generate qualified leads and maintain a systematic follow-up schedule.

7. Negotiate within company-approved pricing and commercial terms.

8. Follow up on quotations and convert interested prospects into confirmed orders.

9. Coordinate with the sales, dispatch and accounts teams regarding orders and customer queries.

10. Maintain accurate call records, customer databases and daily sales reports.

11. Achieve assigned targets for quality calls, qualified leads, follow-ups and order generation.

12. Maintain professional communication and long-term relationships with business customers.

Eligibility:

• Freshers with good communication skills may apply.

• Experienced candidates in telecalling, telesales, lead generation or B2B sales are preferred.

• Hindi communication is essential; basic business English is desirable.

• Basic computer knowledge, Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp usage are required.

• Candidates must be comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospective customers.

• A sales-oriented mindset, patience, confidence and a willingness to learn are important.
