Key Responsibilities
Making Calls: Contact new and existing customers using prepared scripts or direct pitches.
Closing Sales: Answer questions, overcome objections, and convince clients to buy.
Meeting Targets: Reach daily, weekly, or monthly call volume and revenue quotas.
Updating Records: Enter customer details, orders, and call notes into a CRM system (Customer Relationship Management database).
Building Relations: Follow up with current buyers to encourage repeat business or upsell.
Core Requirements
Communication Skills: Clear, confident speaking voice and active listening skills.
Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and stress calmly.
