🔹 Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

🔹 Location: Sector 58 Noida

🔹 Employment Type: Full-time

🔹 Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

🔹 Working Days: 6 days a week (Rotational week off)

🔹 Cab Facility: Not available

💰 Salary Structure (Based on Interview Performance):

• Salary Option 1: ₹16,800 in-hand | ₹17,500 CTC

• Salary Option 2: ₹21,800 in-hand

• Attractive performance-based incentives up to ₹40,000 – ₹60,000

✨ What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers

• Explain products/services in a clear and engaging manner

• Understand customer needs and convert leads into sales

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Maintain call logs and sales records

• Follow up with interested and existing leads

✅ What We’re Looking For:

- 6 months to 2 years of proven experience in inside sales, preferably in tele sales

• Average English communication skills

• Strong confidence in Hindi communication

• Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset

• Ability to handle rejection positively

• Experienced candidates only

- UG / Graduate
