Sales TeleMarketing

We are looking for a Target-Based TeleSales / TeleMarketing Executive to join our growing team at Annojo Allied Services.

The role focuses on outbound calling, lead generation, customer engagement, systematic follow-ups, lead conversion, and achieving assigned sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for creating interest in our agricultural and allied services, understanding customer requirements, nurturing prospects, and converting qualified leads into business opportunities.

We are looking for a confident, persuasive, energetic, and result-oriented professional who is comfortable working in a target-driven environment and is motivated by achieving and exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Make regular outbound calls to prospective customers and generate new business leads.

- Clearly communicate and promote the company’s agricultural, farm development, and allied services.

- Identify customer needs and effectively present suitable solutions.

- Qualify leads based on customer interest, requirements, and potential.

- Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.

- Convert prospective enquiries into qualified leads, appointments, and sales opportunities.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, customer interactions, and conversions.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, lead-generation, and sales-conversion targets.

- Take ownership of assigned leads and ensure proper follow-up until closure or final status.

- Coordinate with the field/marketing team for customer meetings, site visits, and further sales processes.

- Build long-term professional relationships with customers.

- Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding assigned targets.

- Excellent follow-up and lead-conversion abilities

- Persistence and the ability to handle customer objections professionally

- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills

- Basic computer, smartphone, WhatsApp, and data-entry skills

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Previous experience in TeleSales, TeleMarketing, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Customer Calling, or Business Development will be an advantage.
