About the Role

20 Cube Logistics is looking for confident and enthusiastic Telemarketing / Pre-Sales Executives to generate and qualify leads through outbound calling. The ideal candidate should have a good quality voice, clear communication skills, and genuine interest in pre-sales and cold calling.

Key Responsibilities

· Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers and businesses.

· Generate new leads through telecalling and follow-up activities.

· Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.

· Explain the company's logistics services clearly and professionally.

· Qualify leads and schedule follow-ups/meetings for the sales team.

· Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

· Follow up with interested prospects and move qualified leads through the pre-sales process.

· Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Candidate Requirements

· Freshers are welcome for the role.

· Good voice quality, pronunciation, and verbal communication skills are essential.

· Should be comfortable speaking with new customers over the phone.

· Should have an interest in pre-sales, lead generation, and business development.

· Must be comfortable handling cold calling and regular follow-ups.

· Positive attitude, confidence, patience, and willingness to learn.

· Basic computer skills and ability to maintain lead information.

Experience Criteria

· Male candidates: Freshers can apply; relevant telecalling/pre-sales experience is an advantage.

· Female candidates: Minimum 6+ months of experience in telecalling, pre-sales, lead generation, inside sales, or a related customer-facing role.
