Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce company products.

• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.

• Explain product features, benefits, and technical details clearly.

• Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM records.

• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to ensure closures.

• Coordinate with the field sales team for meetings and demonstrations.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Diploma with 1–3 years of tele sales or inside sales experience.

• Industrial/engineering sector experience preferred.

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

• Computer skills (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
