Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing sales executives.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth and revenue targets.

• Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.

• Identify new business opportunities in the digital space and nurture client relationships.

• Collaborate with digital marketing strategists and account managers to create effective client proposals.

• Keep up with trends in digital marketing and translate them into sales opportunities.

• Analyze data to forecast sales performance and market trends.

• Conduct training sessions to improve team product knowledge and selling skills.
