Team Leader – Health Insurance Sales
Seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage and drive a Health Insurance Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, mentoring team members, handling customer escalations, and ensuring business growth through effective sales strategies. Prior experience in health insurance sales and team handling is preferred. Attractive salary + incentives available.

Lead and manage the Health Insurance Sales Team.
Drive the team to achieve sales targets and monitor performance regularly.
Recruit, train, and onboard new agents/advisors.
Supervise daily sales activities and customer follow-ups.
Provide product knowledge training and sales coaching to team members.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively.
Prepare and submit sales reports to management.
Implement new sales strategies to drive business growth.
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
Increase cross-selling opportunities and policy renewal business.
