Telecalling Team Leader

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at at United Capital. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹20000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the database or leads provided.

• Explain loan products such as personal loans, business loans, home loans, etc.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan options.

• Follow up with leads through calls, messages, or emails.

• Verify customer details and eligibility for loans.

• Schedule appointments for documentation or in-person meetings if needed.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and interactions in CRM.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

• Coordinate with the sales and documentation team as required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma / Graduate in any discipline.

• Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or loan sales is a plus.

• Good communication and convincing skills (in English and local languages).

• Basic understanding of loan products and financial terms.

• Proficient in using phone systems and CRM tools.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
