About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to lead and manage a team of real estate sales professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, extensive market knowledge, project knowledge, and a proven track record of generating revenue and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives and Property Advisors.
Drive team performance to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate revenue through effective sales planning and execution.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales conversions and business growth.
Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews for team members.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of real estate projects, pricing, market trends, and competitor activities.
Guide the team in handling client meetings, property presentations, site visits, and negotiations.
Ensure effective lead management, follow-ups, and customer relationship management.
Monitor team productivity, sales pipeline, and daily activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and clients.
Prepare and share sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates with management.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and successful deal closures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales with at least 1 year in a Team Handling role.
Strong knowledge of the NCR Real Estate Market and ongoing projects.
Proven ability to generate revenue and achieve sales targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong closing and relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
