Telecalling Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and lead a team of equity advisors or telecallers working in stock market-related services.

• Monitor daily performance of team members and guide them to achieve sales & revenue targets.

• Train new joiners on stock market basics, client communication, and product pitching.

• Support the team in client acquisition, retention, and relationship management.

• Ensure compliance with SEBI and company norms in advisory and trade-related activities.

• Analyze daily reports, call data, and conversion rates to improve performance.

• Handle escalated client issues and ensure timely resolution.

• Set targets for the team and track their achievement weekly/monthly.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of equity market, intraday, delivery, and trading platforms like NSE/BSE.

• Proven leadership & team management skills.

• Good communication and client-handling ability.

• Motivational and mentoring attitude towards team members.

• Sales and target-driven mindset.

• Understanding of brokerage models, margin, demat, and trading account operations.
