Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve targets

• Generate and manage leads in the healthcare market

• Conduct field visits with team members and support in closures

• Monitor sales performance and provide daily/weekly reports

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (healthcare/medical sales preferred)
