Telecalling Team Leader

Key responsibilities

·         Team Leadership:

·         train, and mentor sales representatives. 

·         Motivate the team to maximize productivity and performance. 

·         Provide coaching, conduct performance reviews, and offer constructive feedback. 

·         Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment. 

·         Strategy and Planning:

·         Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets. 

·         Set clear sales goals, quotas, and territories for team members. 

·         Create and manage sales forecasts and budgets. 

·         Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies. 

·         Operations and Performance:

·         Monitor sales metrics and ensure the team's performance aligns with company goals. 

·         Manage the sales pipeline, from lead qualification to closing deals. 

·         Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complex inquiries or negotiations. 

·         Collaborate with marketing, product, and other internal teams to align efforts. 

·         Administration:

·         Maintain CRM tools and track sales activities. 

·         Ensure seamless order processing and delivery with other departments.
