Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of BPO sales executives.

• Drive the team to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching.

• Handle escalations and resolve client/customer issues promptly.

• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance protocols.

• Motivate the team to maintain high levels of productivity and engagement.
