Sales & Business Development: ▪ Drive sales for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) ▪ Support the sales team in generating new business opportunities ▪ Coordinate with DSAs, channel partners, and real estate agents for lead generation ▪ Achieve monthly team and individual sales targets 4. Operational Coordination: ▪ Assign leads and resources within the team effectively ▪ Ensure contracts and loan processes are carried out according to agreed terms Coordinate with internal departments for smooth loan processing ▪ Ensure timely documentation and verification 5. Reporting & MIS ▪ Create and maintain sales and performance reports ▪ Track lead status, team productivity, and business closures. ▪ Manage invoices and billing coordination for assigned customers if required Provide timely updates and reports to management
