Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives.
Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly team targets are met.
Train team members on sales techniques and product knowledge.
Monitor performance through reports and feedback sessions.
Drive high conversion rates and maintain quality of customer interactions.
Handle escalations and assist the team in closing complex sales.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in motor insurance, life insurance, or similar paid product sales.
Strong understanding of target-driven environments.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience managing a small to medium sales team is preferred.
