Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to manage and guide our team members toward achieving performance goals, maintaining a high level of productivity, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is passionate about mentoring others.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• To Handle the Team of Health Advisors.
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
• Need to drive the Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Sales Target.
• Orders & Delivery Follow-up.
• Capable of hiring and building team.
• Set clear team goals.
• Oversee day-to-day operation.
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
• Discover training needs and provide coaching.
• Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
• Suggest and organize team building and Process Improvement activities.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for process improvement.
• Handle escalated issues and resolve team conflicts effectively.
• Prepare performance reports and present them to upper management.
• Motivate and inspire team members to achieve and exceed targets.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a leadership role (e.g., Supervisor, Team Lead, Senior Associate).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude.
• Must Be a Graduate.
• Should be good in Excel and Making Reports.

• 2 Years to 3 Years
