🔑 Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1+ years as a Team Leader in Personal Loan / OD (Overdraft) domain

DSA Vertical Experience: Mandatory

Strong knowledge of Bajaj OD & Personal Loan process

Excellent communication & leadership skills

Ability to manage a telecaller team and achieve targets

💰 Salary: Up to 40,000 + incentive(based on experience)

📍 Location: A-25,First Floor,Noida Sector 16
