Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.

• Guide team members in handling client inquiries, property site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.

• Allocate leads among the sales team and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Monitor performance metrics, prepare sales reports, and present them to management.

• Provide training, mentorship, and continuous support to improve team productivity.

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with campaigns and promotions.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive business growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 3–6 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a Team Leader / Supervisory role (Real Estate preferred).

• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

• Ability to drive sales strategies, meet deadlines, and deliver results under pressure.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
