Job Title: Tele Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Tele Manager for Life Insurance. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in Life, Health or General Insurance sales and a strong understanding of insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

Sales of life insurance products through direct sales.
Generate leads through referrals, networking, and field activity.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience: Minimum 0–6+ years of relevant experience in Life / Health / General Insurance sales.
Experience in field sales, agency/channel sales or direct marketing preferred.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

12th pass out preferred.
Local market knowledge and existing client base will be an advantage.
