Asco Motors is looking for a dedicated and confident Calling Executive to handle customer interactions, follow up on leads, provide product information, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Provide details about Vespa and Aprilia products and services.
Maintain a daily record of calls and leads in the CRM system.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales/service team.
Follow up on customer feedback and resolve basic queries.
Maintain polite and positive communication with all customers.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Confident voice and good telephone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
Ability to work in a target-based environment.
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage.
