Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
Answer questions about products or the company.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and transfer the call to the senior. (Each call will be transferred to the TL).
Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
Keeping records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.
Customer service skills and high energy levels.
Excellent knowledge of English with reading, writing and speaking proficiency.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
