Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Location: Mangalore

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST

Job Responsibilities:

● Make outbound calls to potential clients using the provided data/leads.

● Promote and market plots, flats, villas, and other residential/commercial properties.

● Explain property features, pricing, and project details to prospective buyers.

● Schedule client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.

● Convert inquiries and leads into sales through effective communication and negotiation.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

● Provide regular updates and reports on leads, follow-ups, visits, and conversions to the management.

● Support in offline marketing activities like site events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns when required.

Candidate Requirements:

● Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or marketing.

● Strong communication and convincing skills.

● Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English is mandatory.

● Should be confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.

● Willing to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.

● Good understanding of the local real estate market is a plus.
