About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Back-End Operation Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, following up on leads, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting day-to-day operational activities.
This role combines customer interaction, sales coordination, and backend operations. The candidate will play a key role in converting leads into customers while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination & Lead Management
- Contact and follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about products and services.
- Converting leads into successful sales opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and customers.
- Track lead status and update records in CRM systems or internal databases.
- Achieve assigned sales conversion and follow-up targets.
Customer Care & Relationship Management
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with relevant departments when required.
- Ensure timely responses and professional customer service.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct post-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Back-End Operations
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, service delivery, and customer onboarding.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Manage administrative and operational tasks related to customer handling and sales processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and proper record management.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in Tele-calling, Customer Service, Customer Care, Sales Coordination, or related roles.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and confidently.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in lead generation and sales conversion.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer management systems.
- Experience in handling inbound and outbound calling processes.
- Prior experience in customer support or inside sales roles will be an advantage.
