Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound email, call, LinkedIn, and other outreach campaigns to generate new leads.
Identify and research target companies and decision-makers.
Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with accurate lead information.
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop messaging strategies.
Follow up diligently with leads through multi-touch campaigns.
Report weekly on outreach metrics (emails sent, calls made, meetings booked, etc.).
Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Requirements:
0–3 years of experience in a sales outreach, lead generation, or business development role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with outreach tools (e.g., Outreach.io, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Comfortable making cold calls and sending cold emails.
Ability to quickly build rapport with strangers.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes.
