We are hiring a confident and customer-focused female Telecaller & Sales Coordinator to handle lead calling, appointment booking, follow-ups, conversions, and CRM management for Makes360’s IT services including Website Development, Digital Marketing, ERP, and CRM solutions.
Make outbound calls to potential clients (80–120 calls per day).
Explain company services clearly including Website, Digital Marketing, ERP, and CRM solutions.
Convert qualified leads into appointments for the field sales team.
Maintain a disciplined follow-up calling schedule.
Update CRM with call notes, lead status, and interaction history.
Handle WhatsApp chat inquiries and provide basic customer support.
Assist the sales team with documentation and follow-up coordination.
Daily calling target achievement
Appointment booking and conversion ratio
Consistency and discipline in follow-ups
Accuracy and completeness of CRM data
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Punjabi is a plus).
Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.
Basic computer skills including MS Office and CRM systems.
Positive, energetic, and target-oriented mindset.
