TELECALLER (EXPERIENCED – 1 TO 3 YEARS)
Position
Telecaller | Client Acquisition & Follow-up Executive
To generate qualified consultation appointments through structured calling and disciplined follow-ups, ensuring a strong and active lead pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Call fresh and existing leads
Book consultation appointments
Maintain consistent follow-ups
Handle basic client queries
Update CRM accurately after every call
Ensure no lead is left unattended
Candidate Requirements
1–3 years experience in telecalling / customer interaction
Good communication skills (Hindi ,Telugu & basic English)
Strong follow-up mindset
Comfortable with targets and calling pressure
Basic CRM handling knowledge
Salary Structure
Fixed + Incentives : ₹13,000 – ₹20,000/-
Working Details:
6 days working
Rotational weekly off
Sunday working
Festival working (rotational off)
