We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team at Trash To Treasure Private Limited. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹17,000 - ₹23,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
Explain the company’s EPR compliance services, including Plastic, E-Waste, Battery, and Tyre EPR.
Follow up with clients for business inquiries, quotations, and documentation.
Maintain client details and calling records in Excel.
Coordinate with the internal team for client requirements and follow-ups.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 6 months - 1 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling,Computer Knowledge,Lead Generation,Convincing Skills,MS Excel is an added advantage.
