Call fresh and existing customer leads
Explain the company’s interior design services (home interiors, office interiors, modular kitchen, wardrobe, renovation, etc.)
Understand client requirements and budget
Schedule meetings, site visits, or calls with the design team
Follow up with leads for conversion
Maintain lead records in CRM / Excel
Coordinate with the sales and design team
Share company profile, portfolio, and quotations through WhatsApp/email
Collect feedback and referrals from existing clients
