Style Female Hair Salon is looking for a smart, confident and professional Telecalling Executive to join our team.

This role is focused on selling Hair Services & Packages through regular automated calling and follow-ups. Our clients are generated through our marketing campaigns, and your job is to speak with interested customers, explain the offers professionally, convince them, and bring them to our salon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle regular automated outbound calls to potential customers.

• Speak confidently with customers who answer the call.

• Explain our Hair Services, Packages, Offers and pricing clearly.

• Convince customers by highlighting our competitive pricing and quality services.

• Follow up with interested customers and convert them into salon appointments.

• Maintain a professional and friendly communication style.

• Build customer trust and create a positive experience.

• Achieve daily/monthly calling and appointment conversion targets.

• Provide services for both Salon & Home Salon requirements across Mumbai.

• Update customer follow-up status and maintain proper records.

Candidate Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Smart, confident and professional personality

• Ability to speak politely and handle customers effectively

• Strong follow-up skills

• Sales-oriented mindset

• Telecalling/Sales experience is an advantage, but freshers with good communication skills can also apply

• Comfortable working with automated calling systems

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹22,000 in-hand + Performance Incentives
