Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to connect with potential donors, supporters, and volunteers. The candidate will call individuals and organizations to inform them about our NGO’s mission, ongoing campaigns, and fundraising initiatives, encouraging them to support our social causes.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential donors and supporters.
Explain the NGO’s mission, projects, and social impact clearly.
Encourage donations, participation in campaigns, and volunteer engagement.
Maintain accurate records of calls, donor responses, and follow-ups.
Handle donor queries politely and professionally.
Follow up with interested donors to complete the donation process.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and fundraising targets.

Required Skills

Good communication and convincing skills.
Fluency in Hindi and basic English
Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection.
Basic computer knowledge
Passion for social work and community impact.

Qualifications

Minimum 12th pass
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or fundraising is a plus.
