Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential leads, maintaining accurate records, and acting as a liaison between the customer and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to provided leads on a daily basis.

• Collect and update lead information in the tracking sheet accurately.

• Build and maintain a good rapport with potential and existing customers.

• Understand customer requirements and share relevant details with the concerned team for follow-up.

• Ensure a smooth and professional communication experience for all callers.

• Meet daily/weekly calling targets and maintain call quality standards.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in [Language - e.g., English, Hindi, Marathi].

• Ability to build rapport and handle rejections positively.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.

• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service will be an added advantage.

• Self-motivated, confident, and a team player.

Candidates holding MBA, B.Tech, or BE, M.Tech degrees are not eligible for this position. Kindly refrain from applying if you hold any of these qualifications.
