Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales inquiries.
- Follow up with existing leads and customers regularly.
- Explain our woodworking machinery, features, specifications, pricing and offers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable machines.
- Maintain proper records of calls, inquiries and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, demonstrations and customer visits.
- Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
- Maintain professional communication with customers through Phone and WhatsApp.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati and English.
- Confident and polite telephone communication.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Sales-oriented attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Experience in machinery/furniture industry sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Salary
10,000 per month + Incentives
(Salary will depend on experience and interview performance.)
