Job Description: 
What You will do: 

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally while maintaining proper call etiquette

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate, complete information

  • Explain company products and services clearly to prospective and existing customers

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions

  • Generate new leads through outbound calling and follow up on assigned leads

  • Convert inquiries into qualified leads and potential sales opportunities

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to build strong relationships

  • Schedule, coordinate, and confirm site visits and appointments with clients

  • Update customer details, call records, and follow-up status in CRM systems

  • Maintain accurate records of daily calls, inquiries, and conversions

  • Address customer concerns and escalate issues when required

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication

  • Meet daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets

  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead closure support

Requirements: 

  • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university

  • Candidates pursuing graduation may also be considered (for freshers)

  • Fresher candidates are welcome

  • Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in tele-calling/tele sales/customer support preferred

  • Experience in inbound & outbound calling, lead generation, or sales support will be an added advantage
