Job Description

Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively contact potential leads via cold-calling, emailing, and website inquiries to convert them into active clients.

Sales Pitching & Presentations: Conduct virtual meetings to present design concepts, material options, and company capabilities to clients.

Project Estimation & Quotation: Collaborate with design/project teams to create accurate, detailed quotations for interior projects, including modular kitchens, wardrobes, and renovation projects.

Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools to track all sales interactions, manage the pipeline, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Relationship Management: Educate clients about design solutions, manage expectations, and maintain positive relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Closing & Project Handover: Negotiate terms to close sales and transfer necessary details to the design/execution team.
