About the Role
Nedisha Group is looking for a confident and communication-focused Telecalling Executive to handle customer calls, generate leads and support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Generate and qualify leads through calling.
Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
Understand customer requirements and share relevant information.
Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and enquiries.
Maintain accurate calling records and daily reports.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service or a similar role.
Good English communication skills are mandatory.
Knowledge of Gujarati is required as a regional language.
Confident and professional communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and internet usage.
Candidate must have their own laptop.
Ability to work with daily/weekly targets.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
