Position: Telecalling Executive
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month
Experience: 0–3 Years
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer databases.
Schedule appointments for the sales team.
Explain company products and services to prospective clients.
Maintain call records and update CRM/Excel reports.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Experience in telecalling, lead generation, customer service, or telesales is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
