Telecalling Executive

       Job Description – Telecaller (NEETSupport.com)

We are hiring Telecallers for NEETSupport.com to connect with students and parents, provide accurate information about NEET preparation services, and assist them with enrollment. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, a polite tone, and a student-friendly approach.

Responsibilities:

·       Make outbound calls to students/parents and explain NEETSupport.com’s courses and services.

·       Handle inbound queries with professionalism and provide accurate guidance.

·       Maintain call records and update lead information in CRM.

·       Follow up with interested leads to ensure conversions.

·       Achieve daily and monthly call and enrollment targets.

·       Coordinate with the sales and counseling team for smooth communication.

Requirements:

·       Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

·       Confidence, patience, and a persuasive attitude.

·       Prior experience in telecalling or education counseling preferred.

·       Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM).

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
