The Veda Company is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller who can handle inbound & outbound calls, promote our Ayurvedic products, explain benefits to customers, and close sales effectively.

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Ayurvedic products
Explain product benefits, usage, and offers clearly
Convert leads into sales through effective communication
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Maintain call logs, customer details, and daily sales reports
Follow-up with customers for repeat orders or new product promotions
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Excellent communication skills (Hindi essential; English is a plus)
Confident and persuasive telephone manner
Basic knowledge of Ayurvedic products (training will be provided)
Ability to handle objections and convert leads
Good listening skills and customer handling ability
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
12th Pass / Graduate
Experience in telecalling or sales preferred (freshers can also apply)
Experience in Ayurvedic / FMCG / Wellness industry is an advantage
₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month
