*Job Description: Telecalling Executive
*Role Overview*
We are looking for energetic telecallers to connect with potential customers, generate interest in rooftop solar installation, and maintain proper lead records for the sales team.
*Key Responsibilities*
1. *Outbound Calling*: Make 40-50 calls daily from provided consumer database to pitch solar installation benefits.
2. *Lead Qualification*: Ask key questions about electricity bill, rooftop availability, and ownership to identify genuine prospects.
3. *Data Management*: Update call status, remarks, and follow-up dates in Google Excel.
4. . *Document Collection*: Request and collect latest electricity bill from interested customers via WhatsApp/Email within 24-48 hrs.
5. *Quotation Coordination*: Share customer details + bill with sales team and forward received quotation to customer.
6. *Follow-up*: Conduct regular follow-ups as per SOP with clear remarks until lead is closed Won/Lost.

Required Skills*
- Good verbal communication in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English
- Convincing ability + patient listening skills
- Basic computer knowledge: Excel, WhatsApp Web
*Qualifications*
- 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- 1-2 years experience in telecalling, telesales, or BPO
