Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Management:

    • Handle and qualify incoming leads from various sources, including online platforms, referrals, and marketing campaigns.

    • Identify potential clients and assess their requirements for better targeting.

  2. Client Engagement:

    • Conduct initial calls to introduce company services and understand customer needs.

    • Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients with the sales team.

    • Build rapport with prospective clients, answering their queries and providing relevant project information.

  3. Database Management:

    • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client details, status of leads, and feedback.

    • Follow up with leads periodically to nurture them and keep them engaged.

  4. Collaboration with Sales Teams:

    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to final deal closure.

    • Provide detailed client insights and requirements to the sales team for effective follow-ups.

  5. Reporting and Analysis:

    • Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly pre-sales activities and lead conversion rates.

    • Suggest improvements to enhance the lead management and pre-sales processes.

  6. Market Knowledge:

    • Stay updated on the real estate market, ongoing projects, and competitor activities to provide accurate information to clients.


Key Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • A customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
